2. License and Use

2.1 Grant of License: We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use NTO Sport Pro for personal, non-commercial purposes.

2.2 Restrictions: You may not:

Reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, or attempt to extract the source code of the App
Use the App for commercial purposes without our prior authorization
Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems, servers, or networks
Scrape, copy, reproduce, or bulk download data from the Service
Interfere with, disrupt, or place an unreasonable burden on the Service or its infrastructure
Use the Service for any unlawful or prohibited purpose

3. Intellectual Property Rights

3.1 NTO Sport Pro Content: All content and materials available through NTO Sport Pro, including its design, graphics, software, code, logos, trademarks, and user interface, are owned by NTO Sport Pro or our licensors and are protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

3.2 Third-Party Content: Football and sports data, including match results, player statistics, fixtures, and league standings, may be sourced through API-Football v3 and other third-party or official sources. We do not claim ownership of third-party data. The use of such data may be subject to the applicable terms and conditions of the relevant data providers.

3.3 User Content: Any content or information you submit through the Service, such as reviews, preferences, or settings, remains yours to the extent you have rights in that content. By submitting content, you grant us a limited license to use, store, and process it as necessary to operate, maintain, and improve the Service.

4. Disclaimers

4.1 "As Is" Basis: NTO Sport Pro is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, we make no warranties regarding the accuracy, completeness, reliability, availability, or timeliness of information provided through the Service.

4.2 Data Accuracy: We make reasonable efforts to provide accurate and timely sports information. However, football and sports data may contain errors, omissions, or delays. We do not guarantee the accuracy or completeness of match results, scores, statistics, fixtures, standings, or other information provided through the Service.

4.3 Third-Party Services: The Service may depend on third-party services, including API-Football, OneSignal, and Google AdMob. We are not responsible for interruptions, errors, changes, or failures caused by third-party services.

5. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, NTO Sport Pro and its operators shall not be liable for:

Indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages
Loss of profits, revenue, data, or business opportunities
Service interruptions, technical failures, or data loss
Errors, inaccuracies, or delays in information provided through the Service

To the extent permitted by law, our total liability arising from or related to your use of the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid for the Service during the 12 months preceding the event giving rise to the claim, or USD $100, whichever is less.

6. Acceptable Use Policy

You agree not to use NTO Sport Pro to:

Violate any applicable laws or regulations
Infringe upon the intellectual property or other rights of any person or organization
Harass, threaten, abuse, or harm others
Send spam or engage in unsolicited communications
Distribute malware or attempt to hack, compromise, or disrupt systems
Use the Service to facilitate gambling, betting, or wagering activities

NTO Sport Pro may contain links to or integrations with third-party websites, applications, and services. We do not control and are not responsible for the content, accuracy, availability, security, or privacy practices of third-party services.

Your use of third-party websites or services is subject to their respective terms and privacy policies.

8. Account Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to NTO Sport Pro if you violate these Terms and Conditions, engage in unlawful or abusive conduct, or otherwise misuse the Service.

Upon termination, your license to use the Service will immediately end, and you must discontinue your use of the Service.

9. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the applicable laws of the jurisdiction in which NTO Sport Pro is operated, without regard to its conflict-of-law principles.

You agree to submit to the jurisdiction of the courts located in that applicable jurisdiction, except where applicable law provides otherwise.

10. Dispute Resolution

Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms and Conditions or your use of the Service should first be addressed through good-faith communication between the parties.

If the dispute cannot be resolved through negotiation, it may be resolved through arbitration or litigation as permitted by applicable law.

12. Entire Agreement

These Terms and Conditions, together with our Privacy Policy and any other applicable policies referenced within the Service, constitute the entire agreement between you and NTO Sport Pro regarding your use of the Service and supersede any prior agreements or understandings relating to the Service.

We may update or modify these Terms and Conditions from time to time. Any changes will become effective when the updated Terms are posted through the Service or otherwise communicated to you.

Your continued use of NTO Sport Pro after the updated Terms become effective constitutes your acknowledgment of the changes.
